Pilot Rick Richards (Elvis Presley) just can't seem to stay out of trouble - usually caused by his popularity with women. His friend Danny (James Shigeta) reluctantly agrees to go into a helicopter tour business in Hawaii. Rick seems to have a girl at every hotel on the island who promises to promote the new business. But its the new secretary, Friday, (Suzanna Leigh) that Rick really wants.

Don plays Friday's blind date, whose has a little too much to drink and is lot friendlier than the young lady had in mind. But Rick comes to the rescue.
